This year’s official theme, “Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism,” invites us to reflect on how technology can help shape the future of travel.
Digital tools and artificial intelligence are creating new possibilities for travelers and tourism businesses alike. They can make information more accessible, enhance the guest experience, support the smarter use of resources and help destinations respond more effectively to modern challenges.
