Yoga classes are offered twice a week, from 8 am to 9 am at the pool area or at the Beach Bar Roulis. Both locations offer the necessary serene atmosphere to help you meditate and concentrate on the yoga flow, as instructed by the experienced yoga teacher of The Syntopia.

Whether you’re new to meditation or have a steady practice, The Syntopia meditation sessions will offer you a deep nurturing experience.
